DAY 2

Hello lovely people! Well, workout was just fine today too.. I managed to stick to my routine though my body hurts like crazy! It is very normal to feel this way because your body is adjusting to the new regime. It would stop after about a week. Under no circumstances should you take pain killers for the body pain as it is not healthy. Also, this should not deter you from working out because if you stop for a few days, the pain would come back if you start working out again. Ok..so here is a summary of my work out today
Cardio-20minutes
Skipping-500skips
Squats-60
Arm workout-20minutes
Crunches-20reps (I could not lift myself up :-( )
 And thats what I did today! (Im still in pain though)

Lets continue to exercise and eat right! Skinny or fat, we all need the exercise!

DAY 1

Today, I got up and made a change! I went to the gym and exercised rather than stay home and have a gourmet breakfast! Anyhoo, It feels good! and Im happy to know that my efforts would be crowned with success! I encourage you all to start exercising, not just to loose weight but also to keep healthy.It sure would go a looong way to help you.
Here is a breakdown of what I did today. You can add some more exercises depending on how strong you feel! :-)
Treadmill-20minutes
Skipping- 300skips
Squats (with dumbells)- 60reps
Lunges(with dumbells)- 20reps
Arm workout- 15minutes
Si tups-50reps
Push ups (beginners)-30 reps
